We want our guests to have a safe and relaxing holiday in the AMMOO villas. For this reason AMMOO villas owner company G KAKLAMANOS IKE and the Client (in the name that appears on the booking form) have compiled a brief list of rules and regulations that all our guests should comply with. By confirming a reservation at AMMOO villas you accept the following rules and regulations:
All financial agreements and reservations are made for a specific number of guests. This number must always be specified and confirmed by the client during booking process. A maximum number of 2 ADULT guests per villa shall be permitted.
PAYMENTS
In order to proceed with the booking, you must complete an online registration form. Within this registration, you will be prompted to provide us certain personal information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, and any other needed information such as credit card number (in the event you rent a property). These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your requests, to communicate with you about your order and the Site. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you. All information will remain confidential and will not be used anywhere else other than in the above cases. The balance of the payment must be paid prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges and to retain the deposit. For bookings made within 45 days of arrival date, you will be required to pay full cost of your holiday rental at the time of booking.

Payment Policy: We understand that your travel plans can change after your reservation at the AMMOO Villas. However, your credit card will be charged at the time of your booking.
Therefore, in the case of cancellation, modification, early departure or no- show, your credit card will be charged with the initial amount of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REFUNDABLE RATES
INCOMPARABLE INTERNET RATE
Payment Policy:
The reservation needs to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (with sufficient balance) at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, AMMOO villas has the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, that will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This hold is not a charge, and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 30 days at the latest.
The preauthorization process ensures online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents fraudulent attempts.
Cancellation Policy:
- Guests will be refunded the full amount of booking fees if they cancel the booking up to 3 months prior to their arrival day (check-in) to the AMMOO Villas.
- Guests will be refunded 50% of booking fees if they cancel the booking up to 1 month prior to their arrival (check-in) to the AMMOO Villas.
- All cancelations must take place by 12:00 CET (midday), on the appropriate day.
Pricing Policy:
We reserve the right to change the price of any of the advertised villas. You will be advised of the current price of the accommodation that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
Free Services:
Clean bed linen and towels are provided every 2 days. The consumables available in the accommodation at your arrival are provided to cover your needs, should be used reasonably, and are not renewed. Additional services are provided upon request and depending on availability. It is not possible to add an extra bed for adults.
Early Departure policy:
100% of the remaining reservation cost will be charged as penalty fee.
No Show policy:
100% of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
Identification:
Upon check-in, all our guests must submit their identity cards or passports and pay off the remaining balance (if there is one). The identity cards/passports will be photocopied by us and returned immediately to their owners.
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: 15:00 — Check-out: 11:00: Late check-out may be possible, but it is subject to availability and there is a fixed rate of extra charges. Moreover, if guests do not check out on time, there is a fixed amount to be charged. Note that 30 minutes before your departure (10:30) you will need to be available for the inspection of the villa regarding damages and losses.
AMMOO villas does not have a standard reception front desk. In order to arrange your exact arrival/departure time, you are kindly requested to contact us in advance.
We must be aware of your arrival information for check-in time at least 24 hours before your arrival at the AMMOO villas. It is required that you notify us if your ferry/flight is canceled or delayed for any reason.
Noise and Parties:
Guests are not allowed to make party in the villas and/or around the property. Guests are not allowed to play loud music during their stay, outside the permitted time frames, as determined by local authorities. In case that the guests disturb public order by noise and do not calm down after the warning, that can be considered a severe breach of the rental contract provisions, in which case AMMOO Villas are authorised to terminate the rental contract which comes into force immediately, without any prior notice period, and the guest is obliged to leave the villa permanently within 2 (two) hours, and also is not entitled to demand any refund of the paid accommodation rental price, from AMMOO Villas.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villas. If guests are found to have smoked inside the villa, will have to cover the costs of cleaning the Air Conditioning System and fumigating furnishings etc.
We reserve the right to pursue the lead guest for any additional charges as a result of having to relocate future guests whilst the villa is being cleaned and fumigated. It is of paramount importance that guests should respect the villas no smoking policy, because there are bookings, especially for this reason. Guests who check in at the villa and find out that they can smell cigarette smoke might request to cancel their reservation, leading to major costs for AMMOO villas.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our villas
Behavior and Damages to the Property:
During your stay at the villas, you and your companion are expected to comply with Greek law and respect quiet hours, which during the summer period (from April 1st to September 30th) are from 3 pm to 5.30 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am.. For any failure to comply with Greek law, you and/or your companion shall be solely responsible. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the property or adjacent properties, caused by you or your companion. You will cover any damage, loss or breakage to the property or contents.
Vandalism:
Any damage caused within the property on footpaths, grass, furniture, equipment, etc will be assessed by the AMMOO villas owners or their representatives. The costs of possible repairs or replacement items will be covered by the individual responsible.
Candles & Fire:
At no time, is it allowed to light a fire on any of our premises. It is not allowed to light candles, indoors or outdoors, due to potential damages and possible fire, as the area around the AMMOO villas can be dry during the summer and easily flammable.
Guest Injury Dislaimer:
The Owner cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur in the villa, its surrounding areas or the public areas of the complex under any circumstances, during your stay at the property.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pools where available, will be kept clean and operational by the property staff. You must also help keep the swimming pool clean and clear of debris and foreign materials. The swimming pools meet all safety standards and guidelines, therefore you assume full responsibility for the safety of all members of your party in and around the swimming pools. In case of accident, injury or death, by signing this agreement and or rental agreement (booking form) you waive any future claim against the Owner.
Valuables:
Valuables left at the property are at your own risk. The Owner is not responsible for their loss, misplacement or robbery at any time. You should make sure to have all doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the accommodation. In the event of any theft or damage occurring through negligence of you or your guests, the Owner has the statutory right to ask for compensation from you. In case you vacate the property owing to a burglary, no refund shall be given, unless proven evidence exists of the Owner’s failure to familiarize you of the anti-burglary systems in the accommodation.
Insurance:
We strongly advise you to have a medical plan that will cover any medical expenses in Greece. If you or a member of your family has any serious chronic condition, including severe allergies, you are obliged to inform us in advance. In all cases, you should be covered by your insurance for any accidents to you or your persons, and for any other holiday risks. The Owner is not and cannot be held responsible for accidents caused due to the negligence and/or lack of attention of you or your guests in the grounds of the property (swimming pool, gardens etc.).
Photos of The Property:
Photographs and videos of all our properties can be taken only for personal use and cannot be used for any other purposes.
Complaints:
We have visited and checked each of our properties. The descriptions displayed on our website are accurate and made in good faith. All our personnel are available at any time to assist you and resolve any problem during your stay. However, we are not responsible for power outages, voltage fluctuations or damage that may occur due to forces outside our control, such as weather-related conditions or other acts of nature.
Damage from Natural Phenomena:
Our properties are provided with all necessary means of protection against natural phenomena such as floods, fires and storms. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage to or destruction of your or your guests` personal belongings caused by such a natural phenomenon.
House Keys:
Guests will be charged for the cost or replacement of each set of mishandled or lost keys, cards, or telecontrols.
Complaints & Maintenance:
The owners of the ΑΜΜΟΟ villas will make sure that all electrical appliances, Wi-Fi, electricity, water supply, pool filtration system, air conditioning, cable TV, etc. are in excellent working condition. In case of a maintenance problem, the owners must be immediately notified by the guests, to arrange an immediate solution. However, in such cases, no refunds or rate adjustments can be made.
Entry into the villas by Staff:
Maids and staff reserve the right to enter the AMMOO Villas to perform their duties such as maid service or any repairs necessary. In order to respect your privacy, and not interrupt your stay, we will make every effort to schedule those brief showings at time slots convenient for you.
Special Circumstances:
In special circumstances, the AMMOO Villas owners reserve the right to enter the premises even while the guests are not on the spot.
Example: when it is necessary to prevent some kind of danger such as fire or flood. Our guests will always be notified about the details of the incident.
Disabled Guests:
The interior of the AMMOO Villa 1να is disable friendly, the exterior area is flat and have ramp.. If you happen to have a disability or cannot handle stairs, this villa is suitable for you.it is advisable to book your holidays with us, pool has also disable elevator to help you entering or exit the swimming pool.
Parking:
Use of designated parking space of the hotel by the guest is with personal responsibility as the secure retention of parked vehicles does not constitute a responsibility of the AMMOO villas. The villas bears no responsibility for any damages caused during driving in the parking lot.
